Terms of Service

1. The service

Tavari is provided online as a subscription. We keep improving it, so features may change; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.

2. Accounts

You must give correct information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the team members you invite to your company.

You must be at least 18 and use Tavari for business purposes.

3. Free trial and plans

A new company gets a free trial. When it ends, the company becomes read-only until a plan is paid: you can still see and export your data, but not change it.

Each plan has limits on products, team members, warehouses, AI invoice scans per day and invoices per day, shown on the pricing page.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Moving to a bigger plan charges the prorated difference straight away; moving to a smaller plan applies from the next billing period.

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. The subscription then ends at the end of the period you have paid for and nothing more is charged. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

5. Your data

The data you enter or upload (products, partners, invoices, documents) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Tavari for you, as described in our privacy policy.

You can export your data and delete your account at any time. Deleted accounts are removed for good after 30 days.

If we find a security breach that affects your data, we will tell you by email within 72 hours of finding it, say what happened and what we are doing about it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Tavari for anything illegal, to store content you have no right to, to send spam, or to try to break, overload or get around the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Tavari available and your data safe, with regular backups, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. You remain responsible for your bookkeeping and the documents you issue.

Invoices and other documents made in Tavari are not fiscal receipts and are not sent to any tax authority. Where the law requires it (for example SEF e-invoices in Serbia, fiscalization in Montenegro, Croatia or Bosnia and Herzegovina), you must still issue them through the official system or your fiscal device.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. You can stop using Tavari at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
